Lux Industries is currently trading at Rs. 1346.25, up

Industries has reduced its stake in Artimas Fashions (AFPL) which is
the licensee of Indian cricket captain Virat Kohli's innerwear brand,
from 100 per cent to 50.87 per cent. AFPL, which was the wholly-owned
subsidiary of the company, has become a subsidiary with the dilution of
its stake.
Lux Industries
manufactures and sells knitwear in India. The company offers a range of
innerwear for men, women, and children. It also exports its products to
the Middle East countries.
